You want clients to read certain documents and then respond to them and/or sign them. This is, of course, possible via the post: you send the document to your client, the client reads it through, adds comments or his signature and then sends the document back. This often takes days, even weeks. Wouldn’t you say it is much easier to put your document online and inform your client via e-mail? Your client can then view the document online, respond to it, and sign it!
DigiNotar will provide you with a space on DocProof. You can then register your clients (or other relations) and add documents for them to read. They can view them, respond to them, add documents for you to read, and, if required, sign the documents electronically. The response, the document, the signature, and the entire process (logging) will be archived for (at least) seven years. Of course, your clients will be the only ones who have access to the documents concerned.
